Callum's success in motorsport is supported by a dedicated team of experienced professionals working behind the scenes. From driver coaching and management to race engineering and team operations, each member plays a vital role in helping him perform at the highest level.
Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge from across international motorsport, providing the structure, expertise and support needed to drive Callum's continued progress on and off the track.
Expertguidance
Callum is extremely fortunate to be under the guidance and management of Jon Lancaster, who brings significant experience and world-class results from his own racing career. Still actively racing in multiple series, Jon is an ex-European Le Mans champion as well as veteran of multiple racing series such as F3, F2 and GP2.
PinnacleSports Group
Pinnacle has worked with Callum since his first move from karting to car racing. Working closely together with a clear structure and long term plan, Callum has gone from strength to strength being a multiple race winner and vice champion in his rookie season. Having scored a podium in British GT in only his second season of car racing Europe awaits the British rising star!

Paddock Motorsport was founded by 24 Hours of Le Mans winner Martin Plowman.
The vision for Paddock Motorsport is to build the perfect race team built on what they believe to be the most important fundamentals, Honesty, integrity, desire, execution and experience.
Having raced around the world for world class teams in top-line motorsport in INDYCAR, WEC and more recently in GT, Martin has the knowledge and the tools to build a race-winning program.

They are an events business, offering world-class VIP Hospitality at major sporting events and unforgettable corporate experiences under the banner of Paddock Prestige Events, which all combined are the reasoning behind Callum joining this innovative team for 2026.
